Employee Assistance Programs

In order to promote positive relationships at workplace, employee assistance programs are vital. EAP is a confidential counselling services offered to employees by their employers. These programs support the wellbeing of the workers in the workplace and also in their personal lives. It may also be extended to immediate family members. This improves Employees wellbeing, safety, individual performance, work morale and their psychological health.

  • Trauma/crisis intervention

The employer will pay for the confidential sessions offered to the employees by the Goodwill champions.
